PA520 DEVICE REQUIREMENTS: We need one Windows PC to have unblocked/unencrypted USB ports. We also need to install a sync application (will need admin rights to install and run) on this workstation and need it to be able to connect to the Yellow Dog Inventory database.
EA602 DEVICE REQUIREMENTS: You must be hosted by Yellow Dog Software. You will need to allow the device to connect to your WIFI to download items and upload sessions.
RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE: The Customer assumes all risks of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause, and agrees to return it to the Company in the condition received from the Company, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
RENTAL TERM: This Rental shall begin on the date the unit(s) are received by the Customer and shall terminate on return in fully working condition to the Company’s facility. To avoid an additional week charge, the units need to RECEVIED by Yellow Dog Software by close of business of the above return date. If the equipment has to be repaired to return it to a fully working state the equipment will continue to be Rented until it is repaired or the total fees exceed the replacement value.
CARE AND OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT: The equipment may only be used and operated in a careful and proper manner.
RETURN OF EQUIPMENT: At the end of the Rental period, the Customer shall be obligated to return the equipment to the Company at the Customer's expense.
OPTION TO RENEW: If the Customer is not in default upon the expiration of this rental, the Customer shall have first option to rent the equipment on the same terms as this Agreement.
OWNERSHIP AND STATUS OF EQUIPMENT: Yellow Dog Software shall retain title to the equipment at all times, unless the Yellow Dog Software transfers the title by sale.
SHIPPING DELAYS: Client to cover any delays due to incorrect shipping information. Yellow Dog to cover due to weather or issues not under control of client.
INDEMNITY OF COMPANY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGES: If the equipment is damaged or lost, the Yellow Dog Software shall have the option of requiring the Customer to pay for the repair of the equipment or pay to replace with new equipment. The repaired or replaced equipment will be the property of Yellow Dog Software.
PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL I authorize Yellow Dog Software to submit an invoice for the initial weekly fee listed in this proposal. I authorize Yellow Dog Software to continue to submit weekly invoice until we return the units. I authorize Yellow Dog Software to ship the devices to the address I have listed.
